fólk recruitment are currently partnering with an International Manufacturing organisation supporting with the recruitment of a HR Advisor. This is a newly created role and will work closely with the HR Manager to support with the delivery of the HR Agenda. The role will be based in South Yorkshire with occasional travel to other sites.
As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing effective support to a diverse client group on a wide range of HR initiatives such as; generalist advice & policy support, HR project work, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment & selection, reward and learning & development.

As the ideal candidate you will have previously worked as a HR Advisor in an environment which has experienced significant growth. In addition, it will be advantageous in your application if this experience has been gained within a Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail or Engineering environment.
