Are you a frustrated and/ or ambitious HR Administrator seeking a broader role which can offer you great career development and a clear career path to becoming a People Advisor?!

Our Client is a successful and expanding Consultancy business based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (close to the M62 corridor) and looking to appoint an HR Assistant to work as part of a team of 4.

You will play a key role in helping to deliver a great HR service to all employees across this multi-site business.

You will provide administrative and general support for the Human Resources function; dealing with queries from managers and employees, maintaining HR files and systems, producing HR documentation such as offer packs, contracts etc, acting as the main point of contact between HR and Payroll, producing HRMI etc. This is an extremely varied (and busy!) role which spans the full HR spectrum including recruitment, training, pay & reward as well as all the general HR admin tasks.

We're keen to speak to individuals with exceptional attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Ideally, you will be in an HR Administrator role currently and looking to further your development and career in a business environment.

Due to majority of employees being site-based, our Client is ideally seeking to hire someone who enjoys being in the office on a full-time basis. Once they have got to grips with the environment, systems etc -likely to be in 2-4 months - there is however scope to move to 3-4 days in the office. In return, they can offer hands-on career development.

Our Client is looking to hire relatively quickly, so it will be advantageous in your application if you are immediately available or on a 1-month notice period.
