HR Business Partner

We are recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading Yorkshire based organisation who seek a HR Business Partner to provide commercially focused, generalist HR support to a specific client group within the business.  The organisation is about to embark on a period of significant growth and you will be responsible for partnering the Head of HR with the development of a people-centric culture.

The role will incorporate everything from embedding core HR policies and procedures to leading a cultural change programme which will ultimately contribute to the Company achieving its strategic goals as well as its anticipated growth. 

As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience of operating as a true business partner, providing a solutions-focused approach to a specific client group.  You will be innovative in your approach, gaining respect quickly with key stakeholders and be someone who is not afraid to challenge the norm.

You will be adept at operating in an environment of pace and variety, delivering a value-adding HR service within a private sector organisation.

In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you can demonstrate commercial awareness and have experience in delivering large scale HR initiatives.
