Fólk Recruitment is partnering with a fast-paced, growing and market-leading PLC business as they look to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner working specifically with their Manufacturing and Operations functions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner senior managers and key stakeholders by providing counsel and helping to identify their people focus areas
  • Coach and guide managers on all people related queries
  • Manage ER cases within your function with integrity, and in line with company policy
  • Identify opportunity to drive performance and improve our people experience
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner with wider projects and key initiatives to support our people agenda
  • Work collaboratively with our People Services Team to ensure we always deliver an efficient service
  • Liaise with our talent acquisition and development teams to find the right talent, and nurture it
  • Generate reports/metrics as and when needed to help analyse data to identify trends, and drive improvement 

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Extensive experience of operating as a HR Generalist within a commercial / growth-orientated business
  • Experience of partnering with stakeholders in Manufacturing and Operations
  • Someone who has played an integral part in creating a high-performance culture and can demonstrate they’ve shaped & implemented HR practices to drive growth
  • Strong organisational, change management and analytical skills.
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate, engage and influence people at all levels.
  • A proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who likes to work under their own autonomy and thrives off working collaboratively with their peers
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo

Our client embraces agile working so you might spend 2-3 days across two South Yorkshire sites but you will have the autonomy to plan your own diary accordingly. On offer are a competitive base salary, car or car allowance and a number of additional benefits.
