Fólk Recruitment is partnering with a Leeds based Manufacturing client who needs some support from a strong HR Generalist/HR Manager for a minimum of 3 months.
Reporting to a supportive CPO and working in a close knit HR team, this will be a broad and varied HR role covering everything from absence management to engagement, reward & recognition to recruitment etc.
They have a friendly, open and autonomous culture within the organisation and we're keen to speak to individuals who are happy to roll their sleeves up & work collaboratively. To be considered for the role, you must be pragmatic, commercially astute and be flexible in your approach to business partnering.
Part-time or full time hours. Paying up to £50k FTE. Manufacturing experience is desirable.
At this stage, we can only consider candidates who are immediately available or on a 4 week notice period.
