Fólk are proud to be partnering with an amazing Not-For-Profit client that can make a massive impact on so many people's lives. They live & breathe a culture of collaboration and are on the lookout for an HR Officer to join their close-knit team in Leeds.

Working in HR in a not-for-profit organisation is incredibly rewarding. You get to work on projects that make a difference in people's lives, whilst using your HR skills to help the organisation grow.

This role would suit an HR Assistant or inexperienced HR Advisor/HR Officer who’s looking for career development. It’s a broad role covering ER, Policy, Recruitment, L&D, EDI, Wellbeing, Engagement etc.

It's interesting and varied, as you are often dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures. You get to be part of a team of passionate people who are all working to achieve the same goal. It's a great way to get involved in helping people and making a real difference in the community.

You need to be someone that likes to be proactive, has a positive outlook, loves to work autonomously and thrives in a busy environment.

Ideally, the role is full time but compressed or part-time hours can be considered.

The People team love to come together once a week in their Leeds office but most of the week they work remotely from home. They have a collaborative, inclusive and autonomous culture and you will report to an HR Business Partner who is keen to mentor & develop you as an HR Generalist.

If you'd love to work for an organisation with a strong sense of purpose and a lovely team to boot, please give Neil Smith a call on 07710 65 11 95.
