Due to this growth, they have asked us to help them appoint a professional, highly organised and enthusiastic Learning & Development Manager. In your role, you will have responsibility for creating a proactive learning & development function to enhance performance and culture across the organisation. The main duties will include: Delivering full onboarding experience to all new starters, driving continuous improvement to provide best-in-class onboarding Follow the Training Cycle from identifying the need, through to evaluation to confirm that the content, delivery and embedding was successful, taking into consideration return on investment Delivering and facilitating in person and virtual training and learning activities, nurturing, and supporting the employees of the business. Managing a Learning Management System and taking responsibility for monthly compliance reporting All allied administration and record keeping of all learning and development activity We’d like to talk Learning and Development Professionals who have ideally operated within a Professional Services or Financial Services environment.
