People Services Manager We are seeking a People Operations / People Services Manager to join our West Yorkshire based client, who are experiencing a significant amount of transformation and change. As the HR model continues to evolve, a number of internal moves have resulted in gaps within the existing team, one of these being that of People Services Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for delivery of a core HR service which provides a level of consistency & appropriate standards, whilst ensuring risks are managed appropriately. The People Services Manager will also play a pivotal role in helping to shape the HR processes and platforms and build capability within a relatively new HR model. You will lead and develop a team of HR Professionals, working with your team to continually strive for improvements in processes and service delivery. Key attributes include: Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience required: Technical competence in all aspects of employment law and policies Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified (or equivalent qualification) Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage risk for the business This role will suit someone with a continuous improvement mindset, who has a track record of driving operational efficiencies e.g. system development and/or process changes. Having previously managed teams, you must be able to demonstrate previous HR Operations/ HR Services experience.
