We are working with a business which is both commercial and profit-making yet is committed to bringing about positive social changes within Communities across the UK.

The organisation as a whole is working through an ambitious growth strategy, headed up by a new CEO and a new Chief People Officer.

This growth can only be achieved if the business attracts and retains the right talent and it is therefore essential that the organisation offers its people attractive pay and benefits that works for their diverse business.

Their Reward team is embarking on a really exciting journey to create a new Reward strategy and this is a unique opportunity to create something from scratch.

This opportunity offers an unusually wide range of responsibilities. As well as all the typical things you would expect to see in any Reward role – delivery of cyclical reward activity including (e.g. Annual pay review/ bonus cycle, gender pay), role evaluation, salary benchmarking, liaising with 3rd pay supplier etc – you will also support the Head of Reward with preparation of papers for the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and undertake analysis which could help with the creation of new Reward policies and practices.
