Reward Specialist

We are currently partnering with an award-winning online retailer with excellent employee engagement scores. This is an superb opportunity to join an organisation which as well as enjoying a surge in customer demand, is gaining market share from its competitors year on year.

Due to their continued commitment to their employees, our client is looking to further strengthen their People function with the appointment of a Reward Specialist to help with the delivery of some key strategic reward and recognition projects & initiatives.

This role requires you to be able to interpret complex data and in turn, to be able to produce high quality information through research and analysis. You must have the ability to draw out insights from large data sets and present them back to key stakeholders in a language they understand.

We’re keen to speak to Reward Analysts with advanced Excel skills, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to identify trends and provide a narrative to the wider HR team.

The scope of this role and variety of work is going to be vast as there is a huge amount to achieve in the coming months.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high energy, volume environment.

Hybrid working is being offered - it is expected that you would spend 2-3 days p/w in the office.
