They're looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor in one of their schools in the Bingley area of Bradford. Your role will be to provide an effective, efficient and personal HR service across the school covering all aspects of the employee life cycle ensuring high standards of compliance in practice and continued focus on equality and diversity, staff wellbeing and belonging. You will manage two HR Admin staff as part of your role.
We're keen to speak to any experienced HR Generalists who are passionate about working in an industry where you can make a difference.
To be considered for this role, we'd like you to have Education or similar experience within the Public Sector or Not-For-Profit sectors and be someone with a positive attitude who likes to partner with stakeholders to create a great employee experience for everyone who works at the school.
This role is a site based role Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and pays up to £38k per annum plus benefits.
