We’re seeking an ambitious HR Advisor who is looking to step into a role which offers much more than exposure to Employee Relations and a clear career path to an HR Management role?
Our Client is a successful and expanding SME Consultancy business based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (close to the M62 corridor) and looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to work as part of a team of 4.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Director, helping to develop and implement the people agenda. As well as helping to deliver a full-service HR role encompassing everything from Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR systems, Reward etc, you will also lead on a number of key HR projects focussing on things such as Wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Operating as an HR generalist within a similar professional services environment
- Delivering diversity & inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives
- Leading processes such as salary/bonus review, benefits review
- Drafting a variety of employee communications
We're looking for someone who's self-motivated and committed to their own continuous personal development. You will already be qualified to level 5 CIPD or have a relevant degree (e.g. MSc in Human Resource Management).
You will be comfortable working in a busy and fast paced role with a flexible approach to work activities.
Whilst our Client operates a hybrid working model, it is expected that over the first few months, you will work in the office as much as 4 days some weeks, in order to quickly forge relationships with Colleagues.
