Fólk Recruitment has been selected to partner with an award winning FMCG organisation in the North Yorkshire area to support with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor. Currently they have a number of sites across the North and now plan to increase their footprint further by opening a number of other sites across the UK. With the proposed expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to support the HR Director in delivering the HR strategy.
The organisation is truly unique within their sector and they recognise that people have played an integral part in their growth. Due to this HR is very high on the agenda and therefore this will provide an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to further their career. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process to facilitate the growth of the organisation
- Supporting the Head of HR with employee relations casework
- Developing the existing HR administrative team
- Supporting with a number of HR projects
- Supporting line managers with appraisals and personal development plans
This is a generalist HR role, however it would be advantageous in your application if you have a bias towards recruitment. With travel to other sites you will need a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
