Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a meaningful role within a dynamic FMCG organisation? Fólk Recruitment are working with a well-known Yorkshire business  to find an Interim Regional HR Business Partner. Within the role you will:

  • Partner with the Head of HR to help shape the HR strategy for a specific business area.
  • Engage in a balanced mix of strategic and operational HR tasks, providing a stimulating and varied work environment.
  • Work alongside and influence key stakeholders, developing people-focused solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • While the role primarily covers sites across the North of England, occasional travel further afield offers a change of scenery and networking opportunities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support and develop HR solutions.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, D&I initiatives, employee engagement, and Learning & Development.
  • Build effective relationships and provide proactive, well-thought-out people solutions.

As the ideal candidate you will:

  • Have proven experience as a Regional HR Business Partner in a multi-site, fast-paced environment
  • Be a true generalist with a comprehensive understanding of all elements of HR – ER, Performance, D&I, Development, OD and Change Management.
  • Have a track record in building effective stakeholder relationships with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
