Interim Junior HR Business Partner

Working as part of a closely-knit HR team, and reporting to the People Director, you will provide high quality and commercial Business Partnering and advice to the Senior Management Team and leaders across the organisation and support in the delivery of strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full generalist HR and People Support Service across the organisation.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and the wider People team to deliver proactive, commercial and value adding People support across the business, driving engagement and motivation to improve performance and grow internal talent
• Lead and embed change plans aligned to organisation KPIs and initiatives
• Support the People Director with People projects for the wider business and be the subject matter expert for all people queries.
• Manage successful people integration of acquisitions to support business growth.
• Be first point of contact for all HR related queries, providing proactive, effective and legally compliant guidance to people managers.

We’re looking for a commercially minded CIPD qualified HR Professional who brings maturity of thinking and experience of operating in a multi-site business.  It will be advantageous in your application if you have previously operated as a HR Business Partner within sectors such as, Retail, Hospitality, Professional Services or Technology.
