Senior HR Advisor

Fólk is supporting an SME in York with the recruitment of an HR Advisor, with potential to progress into an HRBP in a short space of time.

We’re looking to speak to strong HR generalists who are currently working at an HR Advisor level but are keen to develop and progress in their career.

The role is likely to have a large focus on HR projects such as embedding processes to drive performance and  engagement.

Our client is looking to drive employee engagement and is keen for HR to be visible in the business. As such, this role will require you to work mostly from the office, with 1 day WFH.
