As the Senior HR Advisor you will be the primary contact for all Employee Relations across the business, where your expertise will shape a positive and inclusive employee experience. This role is designed for an ambitious individual who thrives on ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while providing timely and effective service to key stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle.
In this pivotal position, you will partner closely with the HR Operations Manager to develop and implement the people agenda. Your responsibilities will span a full spectrum of HR functions, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR systems, and Reward. Additionally, you will lead key HR projects focusing on Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, driving meaningful change within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong generalist HR experience, adept at managing their own casework and ensuring accurate data reporting. You will have the ability to identify trends and make insightful recommendations, supporting ad hoc HR projects with ease. Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and employment law is essential, as is a commitment to continuous personal development. A qualification of at least level 5 CIPD or a relevant degree (e.g., MSc in Human Resource Management) is required.
