As a People Business Partner, you will support the Head of People in driving the People function across the business. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a consistent and effective approach to various people matters, from performance management to employee relations. You will build strong working relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and coach, helping them navigate complex people issues with confidence and clarity.

Your expertise will be instrumental in managing employee relations, including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases. You will conduct investigations, support formal processes, and prepare comprehensive documentation and recommendations. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day guidance to the HR Advisor, ensuring that all People work is handled consistently and appropriately.

About You

Candidates with a background in a Senior HR Advisory role will find this position particularly rewarding. A proven track record of coaching managers through people issues and supporting confident decision-making is essential. Strong working knowledge of employee relations and practical application of HR policy and employment legislation will be highly valued.
