HR Advisor

folk recruitment is excited to be partnering with a Tech business in Leeds which has enjoyed consistent growth in recent years and is now looking to hire an HR Advisor to support their next phase of development.

This role would be a great fit for someone who enjoys working in informal, creative environments similar to marketing/ digital agencies.

This is a standalone role, supporting c 70 employees and you will be responsible for the provision of a full HR service, including: Recruitment, HR Systems, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Administration & Employee Benefits.

Our Client has created a culture built of trust and empowerment and there will be very little by way of grievances/ dispute management. The focus will be on imbedding best practice HR processes and procedures focused on Talent Management, Recruitment and creating HR Policies, which will help to build a people-centric culture that fosters employee engagement, development, and wellbeing and ultimately positively impacts the business and its employees.

They have a fun and relaxed culture with many employees working remotely. It is expected that you would come into the Leeds office weekly however, in order to help build close relationships.

Whilst this is a standalone role, this role offers a clear career path to an HR Management role as it is anticipated that the HR function will grow as the business expands. You will also benefit from the support of the external HR Consultant who has a wealth of experience at Director level.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience of operating as an HR generalist within a similar SME environment where you have delivered a full-service HR role. Our client is really keen to meet with people who have worked in creative environments such as marketing/ digital agencies.

You are somebody who enjoys being hands on & operational yet has the ability to operate at management level, and not be afraid to challenge.
