Inclusion Diversity and Wellbeing Partner

The team here at Fólk Recruitment has been engaged by a fast paced growing FMCG client in South Yorkshire who is looking to appoint their first Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing Partner.  

Working as part of the broader People function, you will be responsible for creating and driving their EDI & Wellbeing strategy across the leadership and operations teams.  They have a massive commitment to their employees bringing their authentic selves to work and they recognise the benefit of having an engaged and diverse workforce.

We're keen to talk to specialists within the Wellbeing and EDI space or HR generalists with vast project experience in these areas of specialisation. You must be passionate about people & their wellbeing, love building stakeholder relationships and be someone who's comfortable operating at a tactical & operational level. This is your role to shape and no two days will ever be the same in this fast paced, entrepreneurial and inclusive business.

They're offering a generous base salary, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, pension and free on-site parking. 

This is a hybrid role split between the head office & home. There's flexibility with hours either compressed or part-time for the right person.
