We’re supporting a Public Sector organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work with an inspirational People Director.  The Organisation has launched a new People Strategy and needs an additional HRBP to work closely with the department heads to support the effective delivery of this new People strategy.

This is a genuine, proactive HRBP role, where you will use HR management information and other data to identify people risks and trends. You will then work with stakeholders to implement appropriate and timely solutions, maximising performance and utilisation.

The role will be both varied and challenging, incorporating elements of talent management (identifying and developing high potential/ performing individuals and ensuring a succession pipeline is in place for leadership roles),  HR projects and change programmes, attraction and retention strategies & HR advice and guidance on complex HR issues.

This role, will be based in East Yorkshire, with occasional working from home.  It will be advantageous in your application if you have experience of working within both the Private and Public Sectors.
