This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you’ll shape and deliver the People strategy at a major operational site, supported by a passionate and empowering HR Director. You’ll lead a team of talented HR professionals and collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to foster a people-first, performance-driven and inclusive culture.

About the Role:
- Lead and develop a large HR team, driving operational excellence and strategic people initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to embed a progressive, inclusive culture across the site.
- Champion best-in-class employee experiences that reflect the organisation’s values.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re keen to speak with experienced HR leaders who are passionate about building ethical, high-performing, and people-centred workplaces. Ideal backgrounds include Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business Partner roles, particularly in dynamic, fast-paced environments such as Logistics, Manufacturing or Retail.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Strong commercial and strategic HR leadership experience
- A collaborative, people-first approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
- A track record of leading and inspiring HR teams through change and growth
- Experience in unionised settings with the ability to foster positive industrial relations
- Integrity, resilience, and a deep commitment to inclusive, values-driven leadership
