Our Client is a growing retail business based in Leeds. The HR team work together closely and tend to work in the city centre office 3 days per week.
What you’ll be doing:
You will play a key role in helping to deliver a great HR service to all employees across this multi-site business. The role is busy and varied – it needs someone that can operate at pace, delivering the BAU whilst also reviewing and improving process, reducing volumes coming into the team by building self-serve tools and supporting managers to answer some of their own people issues.
This is an extremely varied (and busy!) role which spans the full HR spectrum role incorporating everything from HR Admin, Recruitment, low level case-management & first line advice and guidance, onboarding as well as HR projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous HR administration experience is essential (the role would potentially suit someone from a shared service environment)
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable
- Basic knowledge of employment law and HR practices would be advantageous
- We’re keen to speak to individuals with exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Our Client is looking to hire relatively quickly, so it will be advantageous in your application if you are immediately available or on a 1-month notice period.
