Folk Recruitment are delighted to be partnering a leading Manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner.  As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the site leadership team to translate business strategy into actionable workforce plans, headcount targets, and capability requirements.

You will partner with the Head of HR to facilitate critical organisational design decisions, ensuring role clarity and career pathways whilst taking a lead on succession planning and talent pipelines for key roles, identifying capability gaps and championing development initiatives.

In this role, you will oversee absence management, analysing trends and providing insights to drive improvement plans. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making will be crucial as you set and monitor data targets whilst ensuring data accuracy across systems.

As the HR Business Partner you will provide coaching and advisory support to managers on complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistent application of policy and employment law.  In addition you will support the Head of HR on sensitive investigations, disciplinary actions, restructures, and redundancy processes with a focus on fair outcomes and risk mitigation.

As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD Level 5 as a minimum and it will be advantageous in your application if you have previously worked within the Manufacturing / Distribution or FMCG sectors. You will have previously operated as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within an organisation.
