We are currently partnering with a fantastic business in South Yorkshire supporting with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner for their fast paced and diverse site, just south of Sheffield.
This is a newly created role and will work closely with an engaging and supportive Head of HR to support with the delivery of their People plan for the site and will be based on-site 5 days per week. You will also be responsible for developing and nurturing a small team of HR Advisors.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing effective support to a diverse client group across the whole employee lifecycle including Employee Relations, Policy, Engagement, Recruitment, Reward & Recognition, EDI, L&D, Engagement, and Wellbeing.

You will be someone who is able to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to support in the delivery of the HR strategy.
As the ideal candidate you will have previously worked as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager ideally within a fast paced environment like Logistics, Retail or Manufacturing however, this isn’t essential.
