Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed Financial Services business, on an exciting trajectory of transformation and expansion through acquisition. As they continue to scale at pace, they’re seeking an experienced HR Transformation Lead to own and drive the people integration and change agenda at this critical point in their journey for up to 18 months on a fixed term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of a growing organisation — leading post-acquisition people strategies, ensuring seamless and compliant transitions (including TUPE), and embedding a unified, performance-driven culture across multiple businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the people workstream across multiple acquisitions, delivering smooth, compliant integration plans that support business continuity and employee engagement.
  • Overseeing all people aspects of M&A activity, including due diligence, TUPE transfers, organisational design, and cultural alignment.
  • Working closely with senior leaders and functional heads to align people practices, policies, and values across acquired entities.
  • Designing and implementing transformation programmes that drive engagement, efficiency, and alignment with business strategy.
  • Championing cultural integration and change readiness across the wider organisation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in HR transformation and integration, ideally within fast-paced and acquisitive environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of UK employment law — particularly around TUPE, restructuring and redundancy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — confident in engaging and influencing at all levels.
  • A resilient, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to remain calm and pragmatic in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
  • High standards of discretion, professionalism and integrity, especially when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, with the ability to build trust and engagement across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and provide support across wider HR activity where needed — no task is too big or too small.
  • Solid understanding of change management frameworks and HR transformation principles.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and confidence working with data and insights to support decisions and track progress.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.

Whilst this role can predominantly be done working from home, you will be expected to travel to any of their UK offices when required.

There’s a great salary and excellent benefits on offer, and the potential to go permanent if that’s of interest to the right candidate in the longer term.

If you’re energised by complexity, inspired by change, and excited to help shape a growing, values-led organisation — this is your kind of challenge.
