About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Transformation Lead to support the delivery of a major people integration and transformation programme. This is a key role responsible for leading complex organisational change activity, including TUPE transfers, organisational design, and cultural integration initiatives.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will help shape and deliver people strategies that support organisational growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will bring strong technical HR expertise, a collaborative approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role offers hybrid working and can be based from any UK office location, with occasional national travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end people integration activity, including TUPE transfers, organisational design, and cultural alignment initiatives.
  • Develop and implement transformation plans aligned to business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Act as the lead HR contact for TUPE processes, including due diligence, consultation, and post-transfer integration activity.
  • Design and lead employee consultation exercises.
  • Create high-quality people change and communication collateral.
  • Partner with legal, operational, and business stakeholders to manage risk and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on change management, employee engagement, and communications.
  • Monitor and report on transformation progress, identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain regular updates with key stakeholders on programme milestones and developments.
  • Create and oversee integration project plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support and develop HR colleagues and business leaders on TUPE and change management processes.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives and provide hands-on support across the HR function when required.
  • Promote a people-centred approach and help embed positive organisational culture throughout transformation activity.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, particularly TUPE and redundancy regulations.
  • Proven understanding of HR transformation and change management methodologies.
  • Experience using HR systems and data to support strategic decision-making.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Collaborative working style with a hands-on mindset.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting HRIS implementation or integration projects.
  • Background within Financial Services or other regulated environments.
  • Passion for employee experience and organisational culture development.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrated success leading complex HR transformation programmes, including TUPE activity.
  • Experience operating within matrixed and/or multi-site organisations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
