Are you a data-driven HR professional with a passion for reward, benefits and people analytics?

We are working with a well-established organisation in North Yorkshire who are looking to appoint a Reward Analyst initially on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting reward initiatives, salary benchmarking and compensation projects during an exciting period of change.

Working closely with the HR and leadership teams, you’ll provide analytical support across compensation, benefits and reward activities, helping ensure the organisation remains competitive, fair and aligned with its people strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing reward and compensation analysis to support business decision-making
  • Managing salary benchmarking exercises and market data reviews
  • Supporting annual pay review and bonus processes
  • Analysing trends in reward, benefits and workforce data
  • Developing regular reward and people metrics reports
  • Assisting with job evaluations and salary grading activities
  • Supporting the administration and review of employee benefits programmes
  • Ensuring reward policies and practices remain compliant and up to date
  • Providing insight and recommendations to HR leaders and stakeholders

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with an excellent understanding of reward principles. As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Reward Analyst, Compensation Analyst or HR Analytics type of role
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience of salary benchmarking and market data interpretation
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • The ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous

The client will offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits. Whilst the assignment will initially be on a 6 month fixed term basis, for the successful candidate this may extend beyond this.
