We’re recruiting a People Services Manager, who will report directly to the Head of People and work within a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of the office.
About the role
In this role, you will:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the People Services function, ensuring compliance, effective policy implementation, and seamless HR processes.
– Manage a team of HR Advisors and Administrators, guiding them to achieve their objectives and ensuring their professional growth.
– Handle employee relations cases, maintaining accurate HR data, and overseeing the full employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
– Manage all People Policies, conducting regular audits, and ensuring that the firm remains compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
– Administer cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and payroll processing.
This role offers the chance to work closely with the Head of People on major projects such as restructures and acquisitions, providing a platform for you to make a significant impact. If you are a strong communicator with a hands-on attitude, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and organise effectively, this role is tailor-made for you.
About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
– Substantial experience in a senior HR position
– A solid understanding of HR systems and payroll processing
– CIPD qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Current employment law knowledge – Experience in a regulated environment
