£40,000 – £45,000 | Hybrid Working (Leeds – 2 days per week office-based)
Folk Recruitment is partnering with a growing tech business to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join its collaborative HR team in Leeds.
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded HR professional with strong Employee Relations expertise, sound employment law knowledge and the ability to deliver practical, effective HR support in a fast-paced business environment.
This is a hands-on, varied role requiring someone who can balance sound HR judgement with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Excellent Employee Relations experience, confidently managing complex cases from start to finish.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge and the ability to provide practical, commercially sensible advice.
- A natural ability to coach and influence managers, building their confidence in handling people challenges.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with a structured, methodical approach to managing competing priorities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment, ideally within a growing business.
- A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to improve people processes.
- Demonstrate an AI-native mindset, proactively embracing and leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes, improve efficiency, and deliver an innovative employee experience.
- Be an advocate for AI adoption within HR, supporting our wider strategic objective to embed AI into the way we work.
You’ll work closely with People Business Partners, take ownership of ER matters, support managers, improve policies and processes, and contribute to wider people projects, including business integration and TUPE activity.
