Our Client, a growing Technology business, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic and growing People Team. About the role:
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will:
- Be the go-to expert for complex employee relations matters
- Provide pragmatic advice to managers and ensure timely and effective resolutions
- Be pivotal in performance management
- Conduct investigations
- Handle disciplinary matters
- Manage grievances
- Oversee absence management
- Include Occupational Health referrals and advise on reasonable adjustments
- Empower/ upskills Managers to manage own people issues, both through coaching and design & delivery of training workshops
There will also be a significant project element to this role and your influence will extend to:
- Policy and process development
- Leading the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Interpreting employment legislation and advising the business on necessary changes
- Streamlining HR processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency
In addition to these responsibilities, you will support wider HR initiatives such as employee engagement and organisational change programmes.
About You:
- You are CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
- You have proven experience in a similar role with significant exposure to complex ER casework
- You possess a strong knowledge of UK employment law
- You are someone who is happy to work in the office at least 2 days per week
