Are you an experienced legal Recruiter but looking for a role which has much more to it than standard recruitment delivery?
We are supporting a growing legal firm in recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager who will play a critical role both in driving the talent attraction strategy as well as helping deliver the business’ ambitious and exciting projected growth.
The role will take full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment of all roles across the business (both fee earing and central functions/ business support) as well as leading a number of critical projects relating to employer brand, onboarding & succession planning and the careers website.
Due to the need to respond quickly to potential candidates, our client is looking to hire somebody who can work across 5 days although there is significant flexibility to work from home. You are however someone who values collaboration with both your colleagues and stakeholders and see the benefit of working in the office at least once a week.
About You
You must have proven experience of recruiting within the legal sector (inhouse or agency background), with knowledge of the full end to end resourcing and talent acquisition processes.
Previous experience of implementing an ATS is beneficial.
Whilst this role will operate at a management level/ grade, you will not have any direct reports and must be comfortable with an element of hands-on delivery.
