We’re partnering with a highly creative and purpose-driven organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the organisation’s continued growth across the UK and Internationally.

Working closely with the Talent Lead, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of functions and international markets, ensuring the business continues to attract exceptional talent that aligns with its values, culture and ambitions.

Alongside talent acquisition, you’ll support the delivery of the wider talent management cycle, helping to drive initiatives that enhance employee development, engagement and performance. You’ll also contribute to a variety of culture and people projects, helping to create an environment where people can thrive and do their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across the UK and international regions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding hiring experience.
  • Developing innovative talent attraction strategies to engage high-quality candidates across creative, commercial and corporate functions.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Supporting the annual talent management cycle, including performance, development and succession planning activities.
  • Partnering with the Talent Lead on employee engagement, culture and organisational development initiatives.
  • Supporting employee engagement programmes, events and recognition initiatives.
  • Using data and insight to continually improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and talent outcomes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on recruitment best practice and talent-related matters.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in-house, ideally across multiple disciplines and geographies.
  • Experience recruiting within creative, media, digital, marketing, consumer or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organisation.
  • A genuine interest in broader talent and people initiatives beyond recruitment.
  • Experience supporting talent management, engagement, learning or culture programmes.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
