Are you the kind of HR Professional who loves supporting SMEs and takes satisfaction from being a subject matter expert who can help companies with a range of HR issues.

If this sounds like you and you like the idea of working with a range of different businesses (not just over the phone, but face-to-face), we’d love to hear from you!

We are supporting a professional services business which is looking to expand its HR Consultancy service offering and deliver real commercial value for its clients.

Based in Leeds, but supporting other Yorkshire sites, you will deliver HR services including, but not limited to:

• Building HR capability into the business, establishing trusted relationships as an advisor and partner

• Supporting organisational change activities such as TUPE, reorganisation and redundancy

Our Client also has an employment law subscription service for businesses, which offers a review of contracts and procedures as well as providing helpline advice support. You will not only support this service but help to expand this offering.

In return for your commitment, our Client offers an extensive benefits package, genuine career progression, a range of social events and perks that demonstrate commitment to colleagues and an office environment which is both friendly and supportive.

Typically the Employment Law team, where you will sit, tends to go into the office a 3 days per week. The business demands are such however, that our client is looking for someone who can commit to full time hours.
