Led by a very experienced and engaging People Director, you will ideally be a degree-level educated Internal Comms specialist with extensive and wide-ranging experience of internal and external communications, including PR and ESG. You will be a highly diligent and competent writer who pays close attention to detail. You will be responsible for the delivery of a multi-channel communications approach to promote their purpose and values, their reputation and support employee engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for: Preparing and promoting employee communications Content management and promotion of the Internal Intranet communication tool Promotion and integration of the company’s ESG strategy Production and support for company roadshows Promoting the company’s community fund and charitable activities. Corporate media activity Signposting crisis management Coordinating the production of the Company's annual report Corporate website content and management Content management and control of the Company’s LinkedIn profile Corporate Award submissions. You will have a strategic approach to communications and will be confident liaising with and providing advice to stakeholders at all levels across the business.
