HR Advisor Fólk is partnering with a fast-paced and innovative Manufacturing client in Bradford as they look to appoint an HR Advisor for a newly created role within their HR team. The business is a hugely successful global organisation that puts its employees at the heart of everything they do. They are leaders within their field, owning a large market share and they have a strong workplace culture. Reporting to a hugely supportive HR Manager, the HR Advisor for the site will predominantly manage all HR generalist activity with a focus on Employee Relations, Recruitment and several HR projects and HR initiatives whilst supporting two experienced HR Business Partners who work with the Manufacturing teams and Head Office functions. To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will have: Minimum 3 years in a role in a similar HR generalist capacity Solid experience in ER including disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement plans, probation reviews, new employee orientations and exit interviews Experience in managing relationships with recruitment agencies to support the recruitment of temporary labour and permanent opportunities Experience working within a commercially focused environment (Manufacturing desirable) CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this This is a flexible and autonomous role so you must be comfortable with a hands-off management approach, enjoy managing your own diary and be comfortable working on-site 3 days a week.
