Fólk is proud to be partnering with an amazing Not-For-Profit client that can make a massive impact on so many people's lives. They live & breathe a culture of collaboration and are on the lookout for an HR Business Partner to join their close-knit team for an 18 month fixed term contract as they go through a period of significant change. 

We're keen to speak to HR Generalists who have a passion for people partnering and someone who can demonstrate great leadership skills as you will be managing a team of 4 HR and payroll professionals.   

As an HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively to lead a wide variety of people change initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a range of activities from scoping changes and developing solutions to address these, to planning and supporting change implementation.

You will be expected to have strong organisational development experience and be confident in developing and maintaining a positive employee experience through thoughtfully designed & delivered engagement and internal comms. 

We're keen to talk to engaging HR BP's that love managing stakeholder relationships, that can coach and influence effectively and love to find new ways to improve organisational effectiveness. You must be comfortable working autonomously and can deal with ambiguity at times. Experience in managing a payroll team is desirable.

The People team love to come together once a month in their Leeds office but this would be a predominantly home based role. They are very collaborative, and this is a busy role where everyone mucks in and rolls their sleeves up to get the job done.

They offer up to £50k salary with generous holiday entitlement and lots of flexibility.
