Interim Recruitment Advisor fólk recruitment is partnering with an innovative manufacturing client who has an envious reputation within their industry. Having been identified as a market leader, they’ve recently experienced significant growth and are now looking to add to their HR team and appoint an interim Recruitment Advisor to support the organisation for the next 12 months. This role will go someway to supporting the organisation in achieving their 3 – 5 year strategic plan. The role will be based on the outskirts of Bradford with occasional travel to other sites across the UK. Reporting into a supportive and progressive HR Director, you will be responsible for all recruitment across Production, Engineering and Head office functions, working closely with the broader HR team and hiring managers across the business to support with their recruitment activity. Within the role you will: Identify and implement appropriate recruitment attraction strategies to attract top talent Develop and manage the Organisations career site Liaise and influence key stakeholders to understand fully recruitment needs Support with drafting job descriptions and person specifications Utilise Social Media channels to promote the employer brand Identify cost effective ways to attract talent Completing detailed pre screening / telephone / video interviewing Carrying out competency based interviews Offer management including contracts of employment and welcome packs As the ideal candidate you will have worked previously in an in-house recruitment capacity within a manufacturing, distribution or retail environment. You will be able to operate at pace with excellent communication skills. The client will consider candidates from an Agency background who are looking to move into an in-house role.
