Fólk Recruitment is supporting a fast-paced, household name within the supply chain industry.

As a result of a recent change to their HR model, the business is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor/ Junior HR Business Partner to work closely with frontline operations staff, identifying the potential cause of any people issues, supporting managers to be self-sufficient in handling HR issues and overall, ensuring all colleagues have a great employee experience.

This role touches on all areas of the employee lifecycle from inductions, ER advice, HR reporting and policies through to HR projects. Working to an HR calendar, you will help deliver a range of HR activities throughout the year such as appraisals, pay review and the engagement survey.  

Although home-based, it is essential that you spend time on sites in a number of sites in the North. As such you must possess a full driving licence. Overnight stays shouldn’t however be required.

It will be advantageous in your application if you have previously worked within a fast-paced, multi-site, preferably matrix business, in sectors such as Retail, Hospitality or Leisure. It is essential that you can adapt your style to working with both Senior Management and frontline colleagues. An understanding of UK employment law and its application to HR practice is key.
