People Administrator

Fólk recruitment are pleased to be supporting a Professional Services with the recruitment of a People Administrator. The HR function is newly formed and with significant expansion planned they are now in a position to recruit a People Administrator.

Reporting into the Head of HR, who will act as a mentor, you will be responsible for supporting in the delivery of an effective and timely HR service to the business.  The Head of HR has made significant progress in building a people centric, high performing culture and as the People Administrator you will support the organisation in achieving this. 

We're looking for a HR generalist who is a self-starter, has the ability to prioritise workload & use their initiative and will be visible in the business. Arguably, the most important things will be your attitude, energy and willingness to get to know your colleagues, ultimately becoming a trusted Advisor.

Employee Relations is minimal across the business, so you will be able to dedicate more time to the more value-add end of HR such as colleague engagement, retention and wellbeing, talent acquisition and management / people development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant / HR Administrator who is looking to further their career.  As the ideal candidate you be CIPD level 3 as a minimum and have previously worked within a small HR department where you’ve been asked to deliver a broad range of HR tasks.
