Lots of companies talk about how they value their Employees but it’s rare to find a business which truly possesses a people-centric culture. Not surprisingly then, we’re thrilled to be supporting an employee-owned company whose business model fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone understands how they contribute to the company’s overall success and takes genuine pride in their role. You’re part of a growing family (current headcount of c 70 employees) which allows the individual to flourish and thrive in a fun and creative space. As you would expect from any business built on trust, our Client fully embraces flexible and home working (as well as offering unlimited holidays!) although it would be helpful if you were able to get to the offices in North Leeds 2-3 days per week.

As our Client continues to expand and evolve its client proposition, the leadership team recognises the importance of the People function and is looking to build further on the bandwidth and capabilities within the team.
