Folk Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a highly regarded Not-For-Profit organisation in West Yorkshire as they look to appoint a permanent Reward & Recognition Manager.
You will be an experienced Reward Advisor or Reward Business Partner looking for a step up.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the reward strategy and manage all operational reward activities & projects to support the overarching strategy of the business.
You must have solid experience of salary benchmarking and enjoy designing and implementing reward policies & frameworks.

Our client is looking for someone who likes to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit HR team and someone who will challenge the status quo. You need to be a strong analytical thinker that is able to influence, question, and advise senior stakeholders.
We're looking for a confident team player that likes to work as a true business partner with the broader HR team and someone with experience working within a unionised environment.
Due to the workload, you will need to be able to commit to full-time hours although these can be split across home/the office (likely to be 3 days at home/ 2 office-based), in Leeds.
