Fólk Recruitment are recruiting a permanent Senior HR Business Partner for a fast-paced Yorkshire based FMCG client.

Reporting into a supportive Head of HR, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing executive consultation related to strategic workforce management including succession planning, employee development and engagement, change management, reductions in force, and high-risk employee & labour relations within your client group
  • Collaborate with CoEs to define and implement forward-thinking workforce strategies and solutions to meet business environment needs 

This is a hands on role with a good mixture of operational and strategic HR and you will be expected to contribute to the broader People strategy with your fellow HRBP's. 

We're ideally looking for HR Generalists that enjoy Employee Relations being part of their role and have experience of working with Trade Unions is a must. You must be commercially astute, someone who builds stakeholder relationships quickly and someone who likes to get things done.

Someone who can disrupt, engage at all levels and take people on a journey. If your someone who's not afraid to challenge and can contribute to creating a culture where people flourish, this is the role for you.

We're keen to speak to Senior HR Business Partners who are immediately/imminently available for an FTC that would consider going perm and those candidates on a 3 month notice looking for their next permanent role.

This is very much a Hybrid role (mainly home based with some travel when required) paying a generous base salary with great benefits and working for a hugely engaging Head of HR and inspiring CPO at the helm.
