Fólk Recruitment is supporting one of the UK's most well-known consumer brands as they look to expand their UK People team with the appointment of a new Senior People Business Partner covering the South.
Reporting to a super supportive Head of People, you will work closely with a variety of senior stakeholders across the South region and support the development and delivery of people-focused solutions by influencing & educating the leaders in the business in alignment with the people agenda.
You must be a true generalist with strong experience in delivering projects relating to talent management and succession, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, engagement and performance management. Working alongside COE's, you will focus on driving cultural change and lead on all project related People initiatives.

This role will suit HRBP's operating at a strategic level that loves working to a defined people plan and can deliver through partnering with senior stakeholders and their teams.
Candidates with experience in FMCG, Retail, Logistics/Distribution would be highly desirable but as long as you have a can-do attitude, you like to roll your sleeves up and you're adaptable - I would recommend you apply!
