Folk Recruitment are partnering with a leading Yorkshire based organisation supporting with the recruitment of a Talent Development Manager. This is a newly created role and will play a key part in securing the future growth and success of the organisation. Based in West Yorkshire you will be expected to travel to other sites across the region as and when required.

Your mission will involve refining their current succession planning processes, ensuring they are robust enough to identify and develop their next wave of leaders. You'll also be instrumental in forging strong partnerships with local Universities to establish a standout apprenticeship program.
We are seeking someone who has been in the talent development field, and who understands how to balance strategic foresight with hands-on operational management. In addition, you’ll have a track record of understanding how and when to support your stakeholders with career development and be able to implement options to empower employees to drive their own success.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience & attributes:
- Someone who is comfortable and thrives in an environment where you can influence, challenge and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of talent management, succession planning and performance management practices.
- Level 5 ILM Executive Coaching & Mentoring or similar coaching qualification.
- Effective collaboration and ability to work autonomously to build what the client needs.
