Fólk are partnering with a market-leading brand who is looking to recruit an experienced Reward & HR Analyst for an 18 month FTC

Working with a close-knit HR & Reward team with a wealth of experience, this role requires you to be able to interpret complex data and in turn, to be able to produce high quality information through research and analysis. You must have the ability to draw out insights from large data sets and present them back to key stakeholders in a language they understand.

We’re keen to speak to Reward Analysts with advanced Excel skills, ideally with experience in implementing an HRIS, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to identify trends and provide a narrative to the HR team.

Hybrid role. West Yorkshire based. £30-34k + benefits. Great culture, brilliant manager, and lots of flexibility & autonomy.
