Calling all true HRBPs! In early 2023, we will be working with a financial services organisation (Yorkshire-based) which is undergoing significant organisational change. This transformation demands significant input from the People team which will convert high level strategy and goals into operational plans.
We’d love to talk to you if you have experience of delivering organisational change in a regulated and commercial, customer facing environment (e.g. retail, utilities, call centre).
You will need to be comfortable working with business leaders/ Directors to deliver a wide range of people-related initiatives and change programmes, drawing on the expertise and support of wider HR teams where required.
Salaries range from c £50-65k + benefits, dependant on experience and level of role.
