Following a period of significant growth our client has an immediate requirement for an Interim HR Consultant. Working as part of a wider HR team you will be tasked with delivering several HR projects within a specific client group. Based from their offices in Manchester you will be expected to travel to other sites across the UK.
In addition to the HR Projects, you will provide a full HR Generalist support to a designated business area, forging close relationships with key stakeholders which will enable you to drive the HR agenda. On a day-to-day basis you will coach and advise Business Managers on HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee relations cases including complex matters involving sensitive grievance and disciplinary procedures.
You will also contribute to and support a number of company-wide strategic projects, acting as a work-stream lead on areas such as Wellbeing, Mental Health in the workplace and Diversity & Inclusion.
As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD Level 5 as a minimum and have operated in either a Retail, Technology or Professional Services environment. A track record of delivering a number of key HR projects for an organisation is essential.
