We are working with a growing, Professional Services organisation based in Leeds city centre, close to the city's major public transport hubs.

As a result of business growth, they are now looking for an experienced Recruiter to deliver a 360-recruitment role, across the organisation.  

The number of vacancies is not likely to be high although you will need to be confident taking ownership of a range of office-based vacancies in an environment where Managers and Team Leaders may need specialist support and advice covering things such as interview skills, candidate attraction methodology etc.

In addition to the day-to day tasks typical of most in-house recruitment roles (writing and posting adverts, liaising with agencies, interviewing, running assessment centres etc), you will also lead a number of projects including the identification of a new recruitment system and creating a company-wide strategy for recruitment.
