They're growing their People team with the appointment of a Senior People Partner to support a few of their central functions
To be considered for this role, you must have strong experience in partnering specifically with these commercial/central functions like IT/Tech, Finance, Marketing/Sales, Legal etc.
This role will suit HRBP's operating at a strategic level that loves working to a defined people plan and can deliver through partnering with senior stakeholders and their teams.
The role will have a broad generalist remit including Talent Management/Succession Planning, Org Design & Org Development, Reward, Engagement, EDI, Resourcing, People Change and Transformation.
